As Thanksgiving approaches and we all pause and give thanks for all our blessings, Lingsch Realty has even more reasons than ever to be thankful.
I am proud to announce that Lingsch Realty was voted Property Management Firm of the Year for 2014 by the San Francisco Apartment Association.
The award ceremony took place on Thursday, November 13, just one day after the three year anniversary of my grandfather, Ed Lingsch’s, death.
I am forever thankful for the amazing opportunity he gave me to run with and make my own. I have taken the lessons he taught me and brought them into the 21st century.
I am thankful for the SFAA’s recognition among such a talented group of industry professionals.
Most of all, I am thankful for my clients and tenants who make my business successful with their constant support and feedback, as I continue to grow and improve Lingsch Realty year after year.
This comes on the heels of my 2012 Property Manager of the Year win. Like the San Francisco Giant’s, Lingsch Realty is on an “every-other-year” winning streak! GO GIANTS!!!
